Boys Water Polo Varsity

Here we go, the first day of practice will be Monday August 24th 8am @ NHSTC North pool.  We will practice 8-10am and then have our second practice be 7:30-10:30pm.  This will be M-th with Friday only a am practice.  Once school starts our practice times will be 4:45pm - 5:20pm will be dry land, 5:30-7:30 pool time.  All practices are held @ NHSTC, bring suit, goggles, towel, running shorts and shoes to each practice.  I would encourage all of you to bring a water bottle.   All paper work must be turned in if you want to be in the water the first day, every practice you miss is an unexcused and will count towards your playing time.  Packets can be picked up outside of the AD's office at school and need to be turned into his office before the first day of practice. Paper work turns in dates are Aug, 14th, 18th & 21st 8am-330pm.
